Step 1: Target
We work with our clients to crystalize their requirements. We need to get beyond the cliches like… “We need a Sales Rock Star, trusted advisor, who has a great network, understands our industry and knows how to close.”
Who doesn’t? Our secret sauce allows us to help you fine tune what you are looking for. We focus on knowing and understanding what will make your hire successful after they are in place and we decide who to target.


Step 2: Find
Most companies over-value “experience.” There is a fine line between finding someone with 5 years experience or someone with one year experience repeated 5 times. Our recruiters proactively gauge interest with the candidates that match our SEARCH criteria which expands way beyond “experience.” We understand the ponds, lakes and oceans we fish in. We will find the top players that aren’t looking and may not be the obvious fit.
Step 3: Assess
Most sales talent interview well. If there is one thing they can sell its themselves. Our team has decades of Sales Leadership experience which allows us to take the screening process to another level. Our extensive screening process results in a detailed assessment of not only the “can do” but the “will do”.


Step 4: Hire
Our founders are available to play a role in the hiring decision when needed. We’ve hired >100 sales people with an extremely high success rate. We will provide an external lens that minimizes false positives and maximizes the information needed to make an informed hiring decision.
Step 5: Onboard
